Phil Uhrik

My family and I moved upstate from Queens in 1990 where we took over the Chateau Belleview, a French restaurant in the Catskills, Hunter Mountain area which we still own and operate today. Loving the beauty of the mountaintop, I purchased my first home in Elka Park. Fluent in French and moderate Spanish, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Buffalo. My journeys after college lead me to the sports and entertainment industry as the head of sales & marketing where I worked with many elite athletes and Hall of Famers, including Peyton Manning and Muhammad Ali. My passion for networking and collaboration has led me into the real estate field today, where with my knowledge of residential and commercial properties in the Catskills, I feel confident I can help buyers and sellers come together.
