I have been a real estate agent living in this area for over ten years specializing in residential and commercial properties, horse ranches and crop farms throughout Ulster and the surrounding counties. I have a vast knowledge of the current market in this area. Living here I’ve become amazed with all that this region has to offer. Almost every road is scenic and beautiful! My life partner, Jan’s love of photography has brought us to many interesting areas and she also has vast knowledge and love for the real estate market. Together we are an effective team. I have an extensive background in the Marketing and Selling of Estate properties and their included possessions. I have over 30 years of experience selling the contents of Residential and Commercial properties that include Antiques, lighting fixtures, furniture and textiles to Buyers throughout the Hudson Valley. My interests include kayaking the many creeks, lakes and inlets throughout the Mid-Hudson Region. In addition, I perform popular hits by famous singers such as Frank Sinatra, Andy Williams and others in nursing homes and rehab facilities throughout the Ulster, Orange and Rockland counties. It brings me great joy to see the residents singing and dancing to songs which were a big part of their youth. I also never tire of driving around this incredibly beautiful countryside and attending various events. The real estate profession is a natural fit for me.
