About Win Morrison.
Win was born and raised in Freehold in the Hudson Valley. Before real estate he owned Snowflake Ski Shop, worked in the antiques trade, sold automobiles, and served as an IBM executive at the company’s Kingston campus. Those public-facing and business chapters sharpened his eye for the region’s people, buildings, and economic potential. He opened WMR’s Kingston office in 1982 and grew the firm into a regional residential and commercial brokerage built around local knowledge, direct relationships, and the belief that thoughtful property work can strengthen Hudson Valley communities.
