Since 2002, Gloria Blackman, NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, has been working with Win Morrison Realty. She selected the Win Morrison agency because of its broad real estate exposure in the Hudson Valley and its commitment to providing clients the highest level of service. The Win Morrison Agency is a member of the Dutchess, Orange, Greene, Columbia, and Albany MLS’s, which provides clients with a large area to search for a new home or sell their existing home. Gloria is also a member of the Ulster County Board of REALTORS and the Multiple Listing Service of Ulster County. Gloria can find or sell a house and negotiate the best deal because of her attention to detail, her positive approach to dealing with people, and her ability to write advertising copy for optimum exposure of your property. Having lived and worked in the area for the past 17 years, she offers a wealth of knowledge about the region and all that it has to offer prospective buyers. Furthermore, with 36 years of teaching in both the Kingston School System and the New York City Board of Education, she understands how important it is communicate with people and to be responsive to customers’ concerns and their timetable. Her commitment to this profession continues even after retiring from the public-school system - she is an adjunct professor at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY and works with undergraduates pursuing careers in education. Gloria’s passion for education and people are evident in her choice of a real estate career in her new venture in life. Her experiences in education make her well suited to convey information and listen to the need and concerns of her customers.
