When this option is chosen, a fully licensed New York State home inspector will come to your home and perform a critical review of the main systems of your home. This will alert you to potential deficiencies that may lead to a failed purchase inspection and last minute negotiations from a buyer even after the price is agreed upon. Often poor inspection results lead to a failed sale.*

When this option is chosen, a fully licensed,experienced appraiser will come to your home and complete an honest professional assessment, comparing it to the current active marketplace and your potential competition.**

Your home must be priced within 10% of the appraisal, and listed for a period of no less than 12 months, to earn this designation.

*A critical inspection review to qualify for the POWERHOUSE designation is intended only to uncover potential defects, not as a substitute for a complete inspection. Other services such as Radon tests, etc. may be available at additional cost.
