When the new Realtor told her clients that the seller would entertain offers they responded, “If he’s willing to replace the roof, add a deck, put in a fireplace and an indoor pool, extend the living room by 15 feet, and move the whole damn shebang across town, we’re interested.” Some agents simply don’t listen to their client’s needs, and it costs everyone wasted time and effort.
