Helping you invest in your family residence, second home or income producing property is my second but life long career, let me explain. I offer clients my perspective and experiences, having personally and successfully purchased, owned, sold and managed real estate for more than thirty seven years. This includes a thirty four year as an owner / administrator of a Residential Living Facility devoted to special needs individuals unable to live independently, my duties required working with employees, community service providers, client families, Federal, State, County and local licensing agencies, and the management of Real Estate. As a result I have developed negotiating skills incorporating mutual understanding and respect in order to meet my client needs and desires. I also own and manage multi unit residential apartments in Woodstock since 1990. The resulting knowledge provides me with the skills to help you choose a property best suited for your immediate and future needs. It is also fair to credit Maria my wife, together we share all aspects of our lifes work including our daughters Lisa and Gina. Lisa lives in Buffalo with her husband Todd and daughter Sophia. Gina our youngest daughter lives in Rhinebeck. Maria and I enjoy camping, kayaking, dinning out and local activities. I have been an Instrumented Rated Pilot since 1986. The practiced skills and discipline has helped me evaluate situations and issue solving beyond the cockpit.
