Dawn Webster Tynan Breuer is a native of the Hudson Valley and loves it so much she wants to help everyone else find a home here, too. She brings a helpful friendliness to all her customers, and works tirelessly until she finds them a home or piece of land.

As a mother of three and very family oriented, Dawn realizes the importance of getting settled into a family home, schools and making new friends. She helps her customers not only find a home, but helps them get settled into their new community as well. Most of her clients and customers are so happy with her real estate services, they refer many others to her.

Community minded as well as family oriented, Dawn is active in her daughters school PTA, and Haddassah and Sisterhood at her Temple.
