Elaine Lawrence has been a Sales Associate with Win Morrison Realty since 2000. She has a degree in Psychology from Russell Sage College and has worked for the last 25 years for the New York State Education Departments Vocational Rehabilitation office, where she supervises the Ulster and Sullivan County satellites. She brings extensive background in working with individuals with disabilities and expertise in dealing with housing accessibility issues to the real estate office. Having server in a counseling capacity for many years she is known to be a good listener, to relate well to her clients and to have the patience and expertise to deal effectively with conflict resolution and complex negotiating challenges.
